Versa 2 readiness score

I believe the readiness score is now available in the app to non-premium users.  The tile appeared in the app and I did get a score after seven or eight days but no scores since.  I am always 4 out of 4 in health metrics, hrv, breathing, resting heart, skin temp and only take watch off to shower or charge.  App and watch are up to date.  Any idea what's wrong?
