Versa 2 reboot loop and has garbled display (sometimes) when I sync

I have Versa 2.

It started restarting itself continuously every time I try to sync with the app. I deleted the app, reset the watch, restarted the watch and nothing changes.

I also had a case of garbled display couple of times and I fear this watch is going to die soon.

need help from Fitbit!

I contacted Fitbit and support on twitter but there is no response.

Absolutely the worse customer service.

Is anyone having the same issue?
