Versa 2 reboot loop, cannot use touch screen

Hi,

 

I've had my Fitbit Versa 2 since January. A couple of months ago, my watch started to restart constantly. It usually happens after I turn my wrist to check the time, for example. After a few seconds, it turns itself off and restarts. I cannot do a factory reset using the watch screen, because it doesn't work either. I tried holding down the large button in the left for 8-12 seconds to manually reset the watch, but that doesn't work either. I'm using a standard clock face that came with the watch, not one from a 3rd party. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
