Today is Saturday evening. Since around 3-4 PM I noticed that I already slept from around 5 AM to 2:40 PM on Saturday while in fact I did not. At the same time, the Versa did record my steps since this morning to now.
I sync my Versa with my Windows PC, tablet and smartphone. Beside Versa - I also have own a Flex 2, which become a backup for Versa when I am charging.
Hpw is this possible. The Versa recorded that I am sleeping while walking or walking while sleeping?

@mingke that's what I thought .I've been chatting up with users and some of them reported some issues just after update. It seems like Fitbit adjusted things at their end .I'm glad! 😊

@mingke Well, that's definitely not normal. Try rebooting Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. Then, keep an eye on the tracker for next several nights. If the problem persists, do report back.

I rebooted my Versa. Made no difference. My 9 hours moring to afternoon sleep is still there. This "sleep" cannot be deleted.
However my sleep from midnight to this morning is correctly recorded.
Any more idea on what to do

@mingke I do not think your Versa is misbehaving. I think it's some kinda of data corruption on Fitbit back end. Especially that your sleep is being tracked properly now. It is weird you cannot delete the 5-2 pm recording. Have you tried deleting from Dashboard on Fitbit.com?

Just to let you all know. I know now how to delete the false sleeping data (all black lines). Now it is a daily occurence, but can be deleted manually. Something is wrong, but I do not know what

@mingke No, this is not normal. Try performing factory reset (restoring your tracker to factory defaults). This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from the Fitbit account (in the Fitbit mobile app) and your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a new device in the Fitbit mobile app.

I just walked two miles. Charge 3 both registered steps and simultaneously thought I took a three hour nap!
