I am unable to turn on my Fitbit Versa 2. It currently shows the Fitbit logo for around 12 seconds, then goes black for 3 second before showing the Fitbit logo again.
I have tried pushing the on/off button, holding for 10 seconds etc. but nothing seems to fix it.
I have also plugged the charger in to the USB of my computer and you hear the sound on the computer to know the usb is connected and then the disconnect sound when the logo disappears.
Most recently updated on the 10th of November. Version 70.7.21
I have the Fitbit app with the device previously synced on my IPhone. However because the watch won’t switch on anything I do from the app won’t apply or allow me to sync with the watch.
