Versa 2 button not working

My Fitbit Versa 2 button is not working anymore. I tried to hard set it but it’s till not working. It was working fine and then one day after I charged it, it stopped working. Does anyone know how to fix this? I’ve had it since Jan of 2020. I take very good care of it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To fix this uncommon situation, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 following the next steps:

 

  1. On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown.
  2. To turn your watch back on, press the back button.
