I can't get my fitbit versa to set up with my phone. I've Tried updating the app. Bluetooth is on. Nothing is working. Please help.

Just as @Odyssey13 mentioned, please make sure that your mobile device is compatible because due to a compatibility concern you can experience some connection difficulties with your devices.
