Versa 2 won't sync with Android phone

Hello, 

I have been using my Versa 2 for a few months and it suddenly stopped syncing. I tried all the troubleshooting (turning off bluetooth, restarting the devices, uninstalling and reinstalling, checking compatibility and upgrades) but I still can't get my device to sync. I can't even find it anymore when I look for bluetooth devices to pair. Can you please help?

Yes, I have completing all the troubleshooting recommendations. I
uninstalled it a second time and reinstalled. It seems to be working now--I
think it had become disconnected from wifi for some reason.
