I recently changed my versa lite and it all seemed fine although I couldn’t get the time and date to sync to the actual time. I turned it off with the hope of turning it back on but it is completely dead, there is no life in it. I have charged it again for 5 hours...plenty of time and nothing. The sensor lights on the back do not light up, it didn’t alert me to say it was charging by lighting up. I haven’t even owned this a year. I would like some help, I bought it directly from your website.
