Versa 2 reboots by itself, screen issue

Hi there, 

 

I have the issue, when my versa2 vibrates in the morning (alarm) to wake me up I can't tap it off. The checkmark is visible, after touching the screen is black and vibrates further. 

I have to hold the button on the side to restart the watch. 

 

The second thing: sometimes the versa 2 restarts by itself. 

 

What can I do to solve the problems with my versa 2?
