Versa 2 refused Bluetooth connection

I just  got a new phone a moto g power. Now my Fitbit won’t connect. I assumed moto g phones were compatible?  Anyone have suggestions or explanations?

Hi @Rar3040 Moto G Power does work. Have two friends with G stylus and the G. Anyway, if you've already got the account, just have the app on there and log in as usual. It worked for them. Bluetooth is used, but it doesn't pair to it.

My Versa 2 when I received it after ordering it directly from their website connected fine with my IPhone 8. It worked fine for months and use to pair all the time with no issues however this isn’t the case anymore…The slowly started acting up and I noticed it no longer would show me notifications on it from my phone…

Now this week the watch stopped working with my phone and despite all my attempts to pair the watch with my iPhone it no longer pairs with my phone anymore.

The Fitbit still shows my progress on the app on my iPhone but that’s about it and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app thinking this might fix the pairing issue but isn’t fixing the pairing issue…

Another problem I’m also seeing is that the app indicates there is a patch available but I can’t get it because the app and the watch have to be linked together by pairing…

Anyway the problem isn’t your cellular phone it’s apparently the watch and a bug in the software that Fitbit uses…

My Fitbit still sends information to the app yet can’t work anymore with my iPhone!  Not a phone issue but a software problem

I am having the same issue with my Versa 2 also. For the last week, every night the Bluetooth connection is lost and I have to reboot my watch and delete and reinstall the app. Eventually I can get it to pair but is extremely frustrating! Also I am not getting any of my phone notifications when it isn’t paired
