Versa 2 refuses to update or sync now

I have had this tracker for a few months. It has worked fine till today and will not update or sync. I have uninstalled it and re installed it and it did finally sync. Now it wont at all. It also wants to update but it will not update even with it sitting fully charged sitting next to the router. My phone is a samsung s10e and it worked just fine with my blaze. I am scared to power it down reading all the problems I have seen in the forum. Please help.

I am having the same issue all day I can't get it to synce at all. Let me know if you find a solution q

I have tried everything they say to do. I'm going to call tomorrow i

My versa 2 will not sync it update as well. My versa is like stuck on the Fitbit app saying to down load the app in different languages. I have done that and the app on my phone is saying to come back later to update. I been trying for days. I do not have the number to customer service and can not find it. Would you mind giving me customer service number please?

On the computer fit bit dashboard I see a couple of options to reach them
but this is the number they provide 877-623-4997. I'm getting ready to call.

I think this is an overall software issue. I am experiencing the same issue and have talked with fitbit friends and it seems to be occurring with everyone's fitbit units. Not one specific model either. Maybe they are working on something and need to send a fix for this soon.

I called and talked to them and restarted my watch and it worked
