Versa 2 replacement Charger

I left my fitbit charger at a cabin last week and am unable to get it due to how far away it is. I went to walmart and bought the fitbit versa 2 replacement watch charger only to get home and find out that my fitbit doesnt sit in it right to charge it. It doesnt even look like it's for this model because the clamps on the side press on the button constantly. 

After so many issues I almost want to just give up and send the watches I bought back.

It sounds like you got the wrong charger.  Make sure your tracker and the replacement charge are the same model.  There are Versa, Versa Lite, and Versa 2.  The Versa and Versa 2 chargers look alike but are slightly different so will not fit each other.  I forget about the Versa Lite - maybe the same charger as Versa.
