Versa 2 restart and touchscreen issues

My Versa 2 (purchased July 2019) constantly appears to shut down and restart automatically (with the logo coming on and short vibration) - a number of times a day, even while tracking a workout (which stops the tracking) and the touchscreen also stops working all the time. I can get to the exercise screen using the top right button but that is it. To get it going I have to do a manual restart. I have read similar issues with other uses in the forum, and I have done the factory reset, disconnected and reconnected to blue-tooth, disconnected apps and watch faces but this has now been going on for a couple of months, it is quite annoying, Does anyone have any other solutions apart from chucking it out and and getting something different? Thanks

Hi @SunsetRunner That does sound really annoying. I would suggest you contact Support and see if they can help.
