So I've had my versa 2 for a year and two months, which is outside of the warranty period, of course. Every time I tap the settings icon on the watch it restarts. Every time I try to respond to a text by speaking to the watch it restarts. I contacted Fitbit and of course they told me tough luck they won't do anything about it because it's out of the warranty period, but here's a discount on a new one. Has anyone else had this issue? And riddle me this Batman, why would I want to spend my money on another Fitbit when this one started messing up after a little over a year?
