Versa 2 right corner screen doesn't function

Hi,

Just recently the bottom right corner of my screen does not function, so I cannot use the timers or complete exercise modes.

 

All other parts of the screen function correctly 

 

I have hard reset, cleaned and checked for updates with no luck

Hi @GraemeI By 'hard reset' do you mean you have tried a factory reset? If that hasn't helped, then it sounds like your Versa 2 is dying, but try changing the clockface and see if that helps. If it is still within the warranty period (one year in most of the world, two years in Europe and Australia) then contact Fitbit Support
