Versa 2 says Data not cleared sync & try again. Trued to sync but it won’t stay connected

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @mfrazier1. Thanks for letting us know about the steps you have followed in order to connect your Versa.

To remove the message of your watch:

  1. Delete the Fitbit Versa 2 on the Fitbit app.
  2. Remove the Versa 2 on the Bluetooth profile (Your phone's Bluetooth setting page).
  3. In the Fitbit app pair the Versa 2 again.
