Versa 2 screen and battery issues

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find a solution. I plugged my watch into charge and all of a sudden the screen turned into this bright white toned screen. It's hard to describe but it is extremely bright and the background that normally appeared as black now is a bright brown. It still works but it obviously does not look correct. I have tried adjusting the brightness, resetting it and changing the clock screen but nothing seems to work. The battery also is draining rapidly. Before this occurred I could go 6 or so days without charging it, and now it drains within the day. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
