My Versa 2 is frequently unresponsive to pressing the side button or tapping the screen to wake up. It is charging just fine, but only responds occasionally. Also, it shows it is paired with my Pixel 4 but I'm rarely receiving call/text/email notifications. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

In regards to the button and screen not working, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2 by following the steps provided at: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
