I've been instructed by the company to "restart", my Versa 2 and that would help my frozen screen problem. When the update that "caused" the problem was uploaded, my button STOPPED WORKING too. I can see the time, but i have to tap the watch 6-7 times. The side button is completely unresponsive, and it feels spongey. Can anyone tell me how to restart the Versa 2 without a button.
Someone named Juan, reached out to me but then went silent. He said that i recently Sync my watch, but it did it to my phone with a frozen screen on it's own. This whole Fitbit thing has me pissed, I'm using my old one but feel like putting my new Versa 2 in a box and sending it to the CEO, they have completely dropped the ball and the customer on this.
Don't buy any Fitbit product until this problem is resolved, they have over 10,000 complaints on this Versa 2......
