Versa 2 screen and charging issues

My Fitbit died and I plugged it up and screen will not come on at all. I finally got it to come on but all it flashed really quick was a low battery and exclamation mark over and I haven’t gotten the screen back on again. It won’t do anything. I have tried a new charger and everything but nothing.

@Katyrose22 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and battery issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
