Versa Lite syncing issues

My versa Lite will not sync to my Phone I have a Motorolla Moto E6s and my watch sits on something like Grabbing your data or something and then the sync bar disappears and when I try to sync in the watch settings it still doesn't work does anyone have a solution for this?
