Versa 2 screen and syncing issues

This morning was fine no problem until about an Hr ago when I noticed my screen is blank and won’t sync to App. I can’t do anything at all. It won’t show stats or anything for that matter. What’s Happening? BTW, full charge, and deleted app reinstalled, still nothing.

Hi @Sanjy1725, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the screen won't turn on and it won't sync your data. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

 

Regarding the syncing issue, please follow the steps included in this help page in order to fix this issue.
