Versa 2 screen and syncing issues

I have woken up this morning and my versa is broken 😞 when I press the button on it nothing happens just a black screen and it isn’t syncing with my phone. 

 

Ive plugged it in to charge and the screen lights up and comes on to the normal charge screen that shows you percentage .

 

can anyone help me please.

Hello,

I had issues with mine a few months ago. I reached out to customer service. They walked me through the troubleshooting. Unfortunately mine was a dud so they replaced it.

Hi @Alisonp82, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 won't turn on and it won't sync with your phone. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article and see if the display works properly.

 

Regarding the syncing issue, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article and see ff the issue gets fixed.
