Versa 2 screen stopped responding

I was just scrolling through my apps, when my versa 2 stopped responding. I know the screen wasn't frozen because I could go into alexa through the button. I left it down to charge for about 2 hours, and when I got it again, I could access my notifications but nothing else. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi @ConallD, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 stopped responding. I totally understand how you feel about this.

The restart process that shared my friend @WendyB, is perfect in order to fix this issue. In case the problem persists, I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

Let @WendyB and me know if the issue gets fixed.
