Husband got me this as a valentine day gift.
Last night I suddenly notice that the screen had popped off. Customer support is not reachable. I see alot on the internet about this from the versa and versa 2. Makes me wonder why the problem hasn't been fixed already. It's obviously a common problem.
Hoping to get some resolve, Should not have broken after a few short months.

If it's a hardware issue then there's not a lot they can do with those already made and sold. If it happens within warranty then they seem to replace the fitbit. Persevere with contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com
