Had this Versa 2 for about a month when the screen literally came off the gasket holding it to the watch band. I tried gluing it back to no avail as it peeled of again. Now I’m afraid of wearing it in case the screen falls out.
I was looking to file a claim but you can only do so for a band replacement?

That should be covered by the Fitbit warranty and to file a claim you need to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
