I am very sad to know that my Fitbit versa 2 that was purchased this year will not have an upgrade to Fitbit OS 5, I am very disappointed with this abandonment, I would like to have at least the navigation gestores .
Its been not even an year versa 2 got launched and you dropped support for the newest OS 5.0 for versa 2 ...versa2 and versa 3 almost similar hardware wise with fewer differences .....why can't they update Versa 2 with 5.0, this is nothing but ignoring loyal customer base...if versa 2 not gonna get support am afraid that I may have to look at garmin and leave fitbit....
Me too. My Versa 2 is just one year old. I'm really disappointed and surprised that there are no more complaints. I certainly won't be getting another tracker from this company. I've been a customer for six years and feel let down
