My Fitbit stopped holding a charge for more than a few hours.. even after all the trouble shooting tips I found online. Yesterday out of the blue while I was eating dinner the face popped off of the base. I have had it since Christmas 2019, is this common of the products? I really want to go get a new one, But I a little leery now.
