Versa 2 screen came off

My Versa 2 watch face separated and no longer works. This happen on 6/23/2021 while on vacation so I purchased a new Fitbit Sense. Can I get a replacement or a discount?

A replacement might be an option if you are still covered by the warranty. I suggest you contact customer support who can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com
