Versa 2 screen can't scroll

The screen on my versa 2 was glitching and now I can't scroll or go past the clock on my watch I have tried restarting it and nothing the only thing that works is the back button but its not touchscreen usable at all right now. Has anyone else had this problem? My watch is only 4.5 months old.

Hi @Mjem121, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the screen has been glitching. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, monitor your watch and see if the screen works properly.
