Hi there. My Versa 2 has decided to become completely non responsive and the screen is doing something I've never seen before. The app cannot find it, it does not respond to attempts to reset or shut it down, and even plugging into the charger gives me more of the same garbled white screen as pictured. Help!

I’m having the exact same issue. Did they come up with any solution to help you?

This is what happened to mine before it stopped working, but the stripes were in colour. I have uploaded a seperate post on here. Hope you can get yours working.

Mine has gone the same way. The latest one lasted just 3 months after an earlier Versa 2 failed and was replaced.  No warranty cover now according to support.  This seems to be a very common problem and raises the question of whether the Versa 2 has serious reliability issues.

Did you ever get any resolution on this issue? I’ve been through two Versa 2’s and this has happened to BOTH of them. First one happened within the return time period at Costco, so I took it back and got a refund. Now I’m trying to jump through the warranty hoops with Fitbit for the second one!!

Sorry, I did not find a solution. The replacement is still working, My wife’s Iconic also failed slightly after my Versa 2. I bought her a Sense, which is still okay.
