Versa 2 reboot loop

Seems like many people are having this problem including myself and the only reply is someone will contact you. If there's a solution why isn't it posted?

The pressing button for 10 seconds routine and reinstalling the app doesn't doesn't work since the fitbit never boots.  I suspect there is no solution and this is just another runaround.
