Hi there, @arjun9. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As @Guy_ has recommended, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

Hi @arjun9 - as the watch is working fine, check the following

  • does the display come on ok if you double tap the face and swipe left, if so, it may be a clock face fault, try loading another
  • did you try to restart it with the button How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  • if you can get enough display to get to the watch setting, try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it [near the wifi source is good].
  • in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to get more assistance, they may take you through a factory reset but beware the watch may not recover and it might not be possible to set it up again, if the display is not working - so this should be a last resort as you won't be able to use it at all.

This didn't work for me. I am having the exact same issue. Are there any other work arounds to getting the display to work again?

Thank you!

I had the same problem. I restarted it several times, recharged it, changed the face, nothing worked. It finally went dead and not recharging. Wishing you better luck but I feel that as soon as they update firmware the older models go dead. Look at the numbers of post about a blank screen.
