My screen stopped working completely. My sleep, steps, calories burned and heart rate are still being monitored because it updates on my phone. But my screen is black. When I click the side button, it flashes like an old tv - static like lol I'm pretty sad. I dunno what to do. I've tried turning it off and on.. charging it?? I dunno.. maybe it's time to let it go.
I don't think I'll be buying another one cuz it seems like they die every 2 years:(

Hi there, @Alottay. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before posting here.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for responding! So I have tried restarting and I think it does turn off and on (the screen is still black but I feel the buzzing when it's off and back on)
And I just tried changing the clock face from the app and it is not working. Keeps saying install failed 😞
Ill try anything if you have any other suggestions lol if not.. that's okay - it's been a good 2 years 🥹

I keep trying to change the clock face from my app and it keeps saying "install failed". I went back today to try again with a different clock face this time, and it doesn't let me because the initial change I tried to make is still trying to install.
It keeps failing I don't know what else to do? :'(
