Versa 2 screen corrupted

Versa 2 display is just a white light. No display. Can't see anything or do anything. Less than a year and a half old. Replacement for recalled iconic. I'm so tired of fitbit being so bad and always breaking. I'm a premium member and for what? I imagine it is time to give up with fitbit and get something completely different.

Hi there, @Mimika75. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2 (and the image attached).

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Unfortunately none that has helped but the screen has gone from white to green. I think the screen is dead. A bit like when a laptop screen dies.

This happened to me I had to get a new one, luckily I had a warranty because mine happened when it was only a year old too.

Thanks. Mine is just under 16 months so not sure it is covered, although that still seems too short a life span for something so expensive, especially when I’ve still got over half a year of premium subscription left.
