Versa 2 screen corrupted

Hi there, My Versa 2 seems to have suddenly started going fuzzy with flickering horizontal lines. I contacted the Fitbit chat and went through the usual - syncing, turning it on and off. Then changed the clock face to a Fitbit one. Thought it had solved the problem but it hasn't. It's gone back to the fuzzy, flickering lines and like you would get from an old analogue TV if there wasn't a strong enough signal. Any ideas??? Or is my Versa 2 toast?? My Versa 2 is synced to my Samsung S20 FE. Photo taken before change of clock although still doing the same thing.

Yesterday 9-19 in the morning I shut down my Fitbit and turned off the Bluetooth on my phone, then I restarted my Fitbit but I left the Bluetooth off for the remainder of the day, my screen didn’t show any signs of lines all day, woohoo 🙌! I was reluctant to turn the Bluetooth back on but I did and to my surprise once it connected the screen showed no signs of lines, today I still haven’t had any more issues 🤞

I don’t know if this will work for anyone else but for now my watch is still working as it should

good luck 🍀

Hi there, thanks for your reply and suggestion. I tried this with my Versa 2 and for a while it seemed to work but then went back to the fuzzy, flickering horizontal lines. Even tried letting it run out of battery and recharged it while disconnected from Bluetooth, still no luck. Ah, well a new one is on the cards I'm thinking

Had exactly the same issue, just before going on holiday, so v frustrating. So left the watch at home and went away for a week, last night about 14 after the issue, put my watch on charge and since wearing the watch sine 7am no issues, so it may just need a rest.

Mine was only a year + one month old, so was not impressed
