Versa 2 screen corrupted

Hi my versa 2 is draining daily 

a few days ago it started to pixalate in the screen 

now when I hold the button for 5-10 secs it vibrates then stays black

Hi there, @MsMell70. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention, for the troubleshooting steps you've tried, and for the image attached. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 2 is not working properly. I will do my best to help you with this! 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi I did all the above
Now I have a big red arrow
Saying data not cleared sync and try again
I have synced and restarted fit bit but comes back

It is still counting my steps etc tho ?

I did all  the above !

I have just been for my walk and it counted my steps and usual data 

but now my clock face has a big red arrow 

saying data not cleared sync and try again!

I have done this hence how I knew it counted my steps this morning

but it’s still there 

have also restated fit bit ?
