13 months old.
Was working fine all day today, then did this.
Have tried resetting about 10 times, no luck
Tried changing watch face twice, nothing.
Still syncing to phone just no display.
Any ideas?

I've started having a similar problem and it's less than 2 years old. I've never got it wet or let it fall etc. Screen gone blank but the watch is still on as it vibrates and light still flashes on the back.
I have tried restart many many times and clock face change many many times and still nothing. I'm very disappointed as I have taken great care of my watch and I rely on it alot. There's very little support or direction on the website and obviously at this stage I do not still have my proof of purchase as it was a Christmas gift.

Spoke to Fitbit support on line
Tried a factory reset which didn't work
Replacement offered, which I accepted.
This is my 2nd Fitbit to fail.
The previous Versa lasted 2 years before failing and replaced with this Versa 2.
This may be my last Fitbit.

Mine only lasted 2 years.. seems ridiculous in my opinion. I think I am done with Fitbit as well!
