I woke up and went to sync my Fitbit with the app so I could look at my sleep, but my Fitbit screen was black and wouldn’t turn on or sync with the app. I decided to charge it and see if it fixed anything. I can back 30 minutes later and my fitbit was really warm. When I picked it up the screen fell off, it’s still connected by 2 little electronic bands. I’ve heard of some other people that this happened to and they just need to put more adhesive and stick the screen back on, but for all of them their screen still turned on. Has anyone else had this issue and what did they do, short of just buying a whole new Fitbit?

Exact same happened to me! Few weeks ago! Called customer service late night. Fantastic team member instructed me thru email. Sent photo along with store purchased, I even included pic of actual box/barcode, and case# they assigned! Called on a Thursday! Received replacement in mail following Monday! Yay! (Purchased less than 1 yr.) PS said taping or adhesive won't help needs replaced... Hope this helps!
