Versa 2 - screen fell off

Hi Team,

The Fitbit Versa 2 supplied as a replacement to my previous has now also died in under 12 months.
I was having difficulty charging it & then when it did charge & I started wearing it again the FACE fell off !
No wonder it was not charging .....
Can you please make arrangements to have this item replaced - I believe that it is still under the terms of the Warranty.
Best Regards

@Flashjones1   This is a user to user help site.  You need to contact Support for more help.  I want to make you aware that your replacement Fitbit might not be covered under the warranty, depending on where you live.  This is from the Warranty page, "Any replacement Product will be warrantied for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period that might be applicable law."  The warranty period rom your original Versa 2 is used.

Thanks LZeeW,

I'm well aware it is a support group - have detailed many issues I've had with various products from Fitbit over the years. Sometimes the replies have been useful &:other times people have had similar issues.

The warranty that is offered is not very good & under Australian consumer law, the warranty for a fairly substantial purchase amount demands a much more substantial guarantee!

The fact that the product fell apart is quite simply NOT good enough. If it was a cheap product I wouldn't expect much, but the fact that so many issues are encountered by a product that is backed by a multi-billion dollar company says it should be reliable....
