New Versa 2 bought off Amazon.
Never in water (swim, Shower etc). Only sweat from workouts. Mostly running.
Screen goes black. No comms with smart phone. Put on charger, the screen lights up with unreadable detail (seems that every pixel just turns on) but still no response. Would like to get a warranty repair going. How?

Hi @RunningJimbo support can be reached at this link. You'll have to go through a series of responses to get to the area where they call you or they give you the proper phone number. If you bought it from Amazon, it only has a warranty if it was SOLD and SHIPPED by Amazon. There are third party retailers out there who are not authorized and don't include the Fitbit warranty.
