Versa 2 screen blinking white

Has this happened to anyone’s Fitbit before? It vibrated, I was in the middle of doing something so didn’t look right away but when I did I saw it flashing white and it restarted. It went back to my clock face so I left it. About 5 mins later it stated flashing again and wouldn’t stop, I restarted it a couple times and tried changing the clock face. Now it turned off and isn’t turning back on. It was at about 50% so it didn’t die... update: plugged it in and it said it was at 35%, screen kept blinking

Hi @Kait5991 Try a Factory Reset. Ifnthey doesnt help you will need to contact Customer Support 

Fitbit Support  

 

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Did that and it stopped for a bit but now it’s doing it again. This time it’s white and black flashing.
