Versa working only when plugged into charger

My versa turns on only when on the charging dock and charging. It is 100% charged and as soon as I remove it from the charger the screen goes blank. I've tried doing a reset and nothing happens at all....help!

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive when you disconnect it from the charger? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
