So I got my Fitbit versa 2 since 1 month, it would perfect so far but since this morning, when I try to swipe my screen, it gets stuck and starts flickering .
I tried the troubleshooting suggested, it worked for 30 min and now it’s starting again.
oh I forgot to say, my phone software updated 2 days ago
is there another way to take care of that problem than suggested above?
any help would be appreciated

The one right here in the community page, where is says that the versa might experience trouble with the new iPhone software update

Hi @Yvonnelew , that refers to syncing and notification problems after the iOS update and has nothing to do with the Versa 2 screen flickering. Restart your Versa 2 three times in a row (internale reset) by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. If that does not solve the display problem, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

Thank you for that. I did it and it works so far. I will wait a couple of minutes bec it worked before but always just for a few min.

Yeah I do have to contact them bec it’s doing the same, I cannot swipe and it’s flickering and stuck
