Versa 2 screen flickering

Hi Liz, 

 

I hope this is the right place to post this as I searched the net but couldn't find a place to lodge my complaint. I'm from Sri Lanka and I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 in November from Germany. I received it only in January and d have been using it since. 

 

However the last week, I've found my screen flickering in white and sometimes a green light. After restarting, it seemed to work. Today however, the screen didn't clear up. It's still white and flickering even after trying to restart. Please advice on what I can do.

Hello,

 

I am currently having the same issue of flickering screen. This started just this morning.  I have done a hard restart multiple times, reset to factory settings and updated the software. None of these have worked. 

 

I have also tried contacting the support team via live chat but it doesn't open.

 

Kindly assist.

Got my fitbit Versa 2 November, 2019 from US. I'm a Nigerian living in Nigeria.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. I tried the reset with holding the button down for ten seconds and restarting the device but the flickering was still there. Ended up calling Customer Service and they first had me change the Clock Face, which didn't work. Then they led me through a factory reset. So far it seems to have worked. Keeping fingers crossed.
