I’ve had my versa 2 for 2 months now, but the last week or so, my screen won’t function properly. About 50% of the time, it is like ny screen «locks» and the touch function won’t Work.. it can take from a few minutts to many hours before it starts responding. I’ve tried restarting my device, but it doesn’t help. I Don’t know if this is right, but it seems like it freezes easier when I move ny arm more, like when I’m at Work, and that it doesn’t freeze as much when I’m sitting still at night.. I went to the store where I bought it, but of course it didn’t freeze when I was there, and the salesman said he was afraid to send it in in case it didn’t freeze at the repair shop either and they could maybe not see an error and wouldn’t be able to fix it. What do I do?!

Same here, but for me the touch doesn't work for about 90% of the time I'm about to use the functions on the watch. I'm going to return it to the shop unless I can find a way to downgrade the software. Just to exclude any software issues.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
