It hasn't even been a year since I had this watch. There are so many problems. It first started with the screen not responding to touch. It seems to occur more at night and when I wake up in the morning. When my alarm would go off, I am not able to shut it off. The alarm would only snooze. I have tried to reboot my watch, and it doesn't work until after the two tries. I have also tried disconnecting my watch and reinstalling it which still hasn't worked. Also, I changed the clock face and that hasn't helped. Just now, I experienced the same problem when my alarm goes off. This time around, the time was off. This has been frustrating. I spend too much time rebooting my watch for it somewhat function again.

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.
