Hi, I recieved a fitbit versa 2 for christmas as a gift, it was brand new and the screen keeps glitching and freezing. I press one app, for example 'timer' and 'exercises' will come up instead. Ive done the usual of syncing it, resetting and restarting it and turning it off and on again but nothing seems to have worked. Its really annoying as its brand new but i believe it has warranty so this issue can be resolved. The fitbit has absolutely no damage at all and has not even touched water so im confused why this is happeneing. It has been happening for over a week now.
Please get in touch asap to resolve this issue.
