I have a brand new Versa 2 which I cannot set up. The watch is fully charged and turns on, my phone is an iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4.4 (though it doesn't work with an iPhone 10 either). I have downloaded the Fitbit app and set up an account , the versa is not detected when searching for a device via blue tooth and I have followed all recommended trouble shooting advice. I am at the point of returning the watch.

Hi @Johnnybegood21E , did you during the setup had your Versa 2 in the charger and connected to your PC? This is mandatory when setting up! Keep me posted, regards kuzibri
